In the past, my pricing was on par with all the other home inspection companies' rates.
As my family and I have recently purchased our forever home, I realized that buying a house comes with many hidden fees, such as lawyer and down-payment fees. Right before you make your offer, they ask if you want a home inspection. My fees were initially the going rate; however, after we bought our house, I realized how expensive the entire process is. I decided to lower my prices to make home inspections more accessible to those who need them.
Home is where the heart is; checking your property's health is a huge priority, and a home inspection is critical to maintaining it. You deserve the right to ensure your home's health -- something as indispensable as that should not be a luxury. I lowered my prices to alleviate some of the stress from those house-buying fees, as I can understand.
